For the fifth year, Swansea College of Art, UWTSD is delighted to host the most significant awards exhibition for Illustration in the UK. The World Illustration Awards 2016 brings together the finest collection of short-listed and award-winning work of professional and emerging artists from all around the world. The categories of the Awards are Advertising, Books, Children’s Books, Design, Editorial, Public Realm, Self-Initiated and Research & Knowledge Communication.

EVERGREEN - New Book published


I made more than 60 botanical illustration for a new book, published by Gestalten: Evergreen - Living with Plants
From rooftop gardens to flora-laden balconies, flowers and plants bestow a warm grace to unconventional and indoor spaces.
Thanks to art director Ludwig Wendt and project manager Maria-Elisabeth Niebius.

World Illustration Award Winner


I am a winner of the World Illustration Award 2016! I received the award by the Association of Illustrators for my work for "African Governance Architecture" commissened by GIZ and the African Union.
At the ceremony in Somerset House my big hero David Hughes handed me the award Wednesday night. This was also the opening night for the exhibiton of the winners and the short list.
